Returns & Refunds

We do not accept any responsibility for damage that may have occurred to Your property during the delivery process.

Refunds will be made to You as soon as possible and in any event within a period of 30 days from return of the Goods.

All seconds, ex-display and discounted items are sold as seen and are non refundable.

Please check over your items to ensure that they look to be intact before signing for them. This includes checking all the parts.

The buyer may obtain a small returns charge in the event of a refund or exchange which will depend on circumstances.

We will be happy to refund the full purchase price when the goods are received back in store.

Customers of Suite Sleep have the right to cancel within seven days of their contract or within seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is longer. As a customer of Suite Sleep, if you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. If you are a customer wanting to return your order and you are based outside the Nottingham area, you the customer will be responsible for arranging with a courier to send the goods back to Suite Sleep. All costs will be met by the customer. If you are a customer wanting to return your order and you are based within the Nottingham area, we would make the necessary arrangements for collection and discuss charges with you directly at the time.
